The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications, experience, and competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Must possess a valid Certified Human Resource Professional – Kenya (CHRP(K)) qualification.
- Must be a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in good standing.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Human Resource Consulting or Human Resource Management.
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Act 2007, Labour Relations Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), and other relevant Kenyan labour laws.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an added advantage.
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a professional environment.
- Willingness to travel when required to support client assignments.
